Today I will introduce another four Chinese cuisine. There are Fujian, Zhejiang, Hunan and Anhui cuisine.

Fujian cuisine
There are three features of Fujian cuisine which is wine sauce, soup, and sweet& sour.

Zhejiang cuisine
Zhejiang cuisine can reflect the flavor of food

Hunan cuisine
Hunan cuisine is the same as Sichuang cuisine. The difference between is Hunan cuisine emphasize about sour

Anhui cuisine
There are traditional Chinese medicinal materials using in the food

Chinese food 1

In Chinese,the people who from difference place eat difference food. I will talk about eight of the best-known Chinese cuisine. Today I will introduce four of them. There are Shandong cuisine, Sichuang cuisine, Guangzhou cuisine and Jiangsu cuisine.

Shandong cuisine
Obviously, this cuisine is from Shandong province. Shandong cuisine usually use food which is from mountain and sea such as bamboo shoot and trepang.



Sichuang cuisine
Sichuang Cuisine is very spicy. There are a lot spice are used in cooking.

Guangzhou cuisine
In Guangzhou cuisine, the best-known food is Yamchaa. Also soup is specialty dish.


Jiangsu cuisine
Usually, Jiangsu cuisine is mild. And situation with soup.

Mid-autumn Festival

At the fifteenth day of the eight lunar month is Chinese mid-autumn festival.
Because autumn is the season of harvest, the ancient Chinese wanted to thank god to give them food, they created the mid-autumn festival to sacrifice. Now, Chinese still keep the food culture in mid-autumn festival.

Moon cake 



In the mid-autumn festival, every Chinese eat moon cake. moon cake symbolize family reunion. There are diverse in side moon cake such as red bean, coconut, lotus paste and so on.  

Duck


Chinese eat duck in mid-autumn festival. Chinese think duck is cool food, and eating cool food in dry and muggy season is healthy.

Green soy bean and taro


Autumn is good harvest for green soy bean and taro, so Chinese eat a lot green soy bean and taro.

Who has a sweet tooth?

How's it going foodies? Hope everything has been well with you!

In this post, we will be introducing to you a sweet Filipino dessert packed with a lot of elements!


It is called "Halo-halo".




"Halo" is a filipino word which means 'mix' in english. The name for this dessert is pretty much self-explanatory. A halo-halo is basically a popular filipino dessert which is a combination of heaps of elements, hence its name.

It is composed of sweet and tasty ingredients which makes it the number favourite dessert of most Filipinos!


Here are some of the top elements of a "Halo-halo":


  • kaong (sweet palm fruit)
  • macapuno (silky coconut)
  • langka (jackfruit)
  • munggo(mung beans)
  • saba (banana-like plantain)
  • ube (purple yam)
  • mais (corn)
  • nata de coco (coconut gelatin)
  • pinipig (dried rice, pounded)
  • sago (pearls similar to boba)

Every time i go visit the Philippines, i never miss to have one or two of these.

So if you get a chance to visit this beautiful country, spare some time to try a bowl of Halo-halo! It is perfect for the warm and sunny weather up there. And i assure you, you will not regret it!

Introduce one of Korean food


Hi, guys.

I am going to introduce one of Korean food which is called Je-yook.

It is little bit spicy and sweet.

Ingredients are pork, carrot, cabbage, onion, chilly source and sugar.

The price is normally between $13-15, and it includes rice and other side dishes.

You can eat this almost Korean restaurants which means it is popular.

In the city, there are some Korean restaurants such as Kozy, Milleore, Haru and Naruwon.
