In Chinese,the people who from difference place eat difference food. I will talk about eight of the best-known Chinese cuisine. Today I will introduce four of them. There are Shandong cuisine, Sichuang cuisine, Guangzhou cuisine and Jiangsu cuisine.

Shandong cuisine
Obviously, this cuisine is from Shandong province. Shandong cuisine usually use food which is from mountain and sea such as bamboo shoot and trepang.

Sichuang cuisine
Sichuang Cuisine is very spicy. There are a lot spice are used in cooking.

Guangzhou cuisine
In Guangzhou cuisine, the best-known food is Yamchaa. Also soup is specialty dish.

Jiangsu cuisine
Usually, Jiangsu cuisine is mild. And situation with soup.
